Lead DevOps Engineer

A leading London Market Insurer are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to come onboard and help the business with adopting DevOps.

This Lead DevOps Engineer will be familiar with Microsoft Azure, and the DevOps services within. The individual will be well versed in DevOps ways of working and tooling including CI/CD, Containerisation and Kubernetes Orchestration as well as Infrastructure as Code.

Essential skills for the Lead DevOps Engineer:

  • 5 years experience within a DevOps focused roles
  • Leadership attributes, ideally leading between 3-5 headcount
  • Comfortable working with 3rd party MSP vendor staff
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Azure DevOps or similar
  • Terraform or similar
  • Docker/Kubernetes


Target Rate: £800 - £900 P/D Inside IR35
Location: Central London/Hybrid
Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months, likelihood for extension
Start Date: ASAP, will consider up to 4 week notice periods
