Summary and Scope

The Lead HR Systems / Solutions Architect – Human Resources will be responsible for the enablement of Human Resources Modernization journey across different regions, supporting the architecture design and governance, partnering with the delivery teams to ensure solutions being implemented are aligned with architecture, security and technology standards and strategies.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and document flexible, adaptable, modular, and reusable solution architecture designs in collaboration with product delivery and operation support teams.
  • Develop solutions and roadmaps on applications transformation and modernisation.
  • Support evolution of Human Resources Architecture blueprints & reference models and facilitate their enablement and adoption within the enterprise.
  • Implement appropriate solution architecture governance processes and tools while maintaining a key focus on design patterns and technology standards.
  • Maintain a repository of architecture assets (Platforms, Services, APIs) and promote effective reuse across the enterprise.
  • Act as an enabler of Agile and DevOps practices in collaboration with product delivery and operation support teams.
  • Design architecture solutions with security-first mindset as well as partner with security teams in supporting delivery teams on the understanding and implementing solutions aligned with security standards and policies.

 
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
 
 

  • 5+ years in solution architecture with at less 2 years working on Human Capital / Payroll solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of Human Resource platforms architectures, from blueprint to solution design and implementation.
  • Experience and knowledge in leading Human Resource technologies and products in the market.
  • Knowledge on Human Resource regulatory requirements across multiple countries/regions.
  • Technology architecture experience, including but not limited to business, application, infrastructure, security, and data architecture.
  • Strong technical background with both, inhouse implementation as well as technology packages and software as a services implementation.
  • Experience in solutions modularisation and modernisation including adoption of Micro Service Architecture models.
  • Experience in Integration Architectures from Service Bus and ETLs to API Mediation and Event Bus models.
  • Experience in Information Security and Risk Management.
  • Experience in cloud solution design and implementation of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS and hybrid models. Oracle, Azure or AWS clouds.
  • Experience working within insurance, banking, or other financial services is a plus.
