Our dynamic client is currently undergoing a reshuffle, creating an excellent opportunity for a nearly/newly qualified capital actuary to join their ranks. We are also open to considering stopped studiers.
The Team and Role:
Comprising 12 members, including 2-3 Managers, 4 Capital Leads (including this vacancy), and analysts at various levels.
Primarily responsible for Lloyd’s work, managing 3 syndicates.
Involvement in business support and project work.
Their well-embedded Remetrica model guides decision-making processes.
Rotational work ensures exposure to diverse aspects of capital across each syndicate.
No direct line management, but opportunities for mentoring junior analysts.
Ideal Candidate:
Some capital experience preferred; Lloyd's experience is a bonus.
Reserving or pricing backgrounds welcome; diverse skill sets are valued.
Risk expertise considered, particularly if strongly actuarial/mathematical.
