Arthur is delighted to be working with a market leading global insurer who are seeking a motivated and ambitious Casualty Claims Adjuster to join their London team.
You'll be a driven claims adjuster with good expeirence across either US, UK, and/or Rest of World (ROW) casualty claims, where you'll be responsible for efficiently managing and resolving claims from diverse jurisdictions in alignment with their Claims Charter/Code of Conduct and Claim process protocols. Your Responsibilities:
Proactively oversee a mix of UK, International, and US Casualty claims from inception to resolution, addressing coverage, liability, amount, and strategy aspects
Maintain close communication with relevant parties throughout the claim's duration, including the policyholder, broker, co-insurers, actuaries, and underwriters
Ensure adherence to approved Panel lists, providing guidance to external lawyers and adjusters as required
What You Need:
Demonstrated technical expertise in handling casualty claims
Established track record of fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders
Capacity to make informed decisions independently or escalate when needed
Proficient in organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
Strong analytical skills and effective oral and written communication
Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team
Self-motivated and adaptable
Effective management and prioritization of multiple tasks
Proficiency in IT tools and applications
