Consumer Duty Analyst

Job: Consumer Duty Analyst
Pay: £58,000 - £68,000
Based: London/Hybrid

I am working exclusively with a very well established London Market Insurer and Lloyd's Syndicate, with ambitious growth plans for 2024, who are seeking an individual to join as a Consumer Duty Analyst.

Your focus will be to work as part of a team, overseeing the management and use of data to drive insights and compliance through wider conduct MI reporting and consumer duty regulations.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Working knowledge of FCA conduct/customer requirements
• Experience in the Lloyd’s market preferable but not essential
• Experience in analytical roles e.g. audit, complaints, monitoring roles etc
