We are working on a new leadership role with a well-known insurer in London. This will lead a team of 8 actuaries and report directly into the Global Head of Pricing and Underwriting.
You will be expected to lead the team, foster strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and to actively shape reinsurance pricing strategy for the group.
The ideal candidate will be qualified actuary with extensive reinsurance pricing experience with some tangible exposure to P&C. Although you don't need to be acting as 'Head of' currently, some prior management experience is also essential.
This is an excellent chance for someone to make a lateral move into a larger business and team with broader scope, or for someone at Deputy/Manager level who wants to step up and be number one.
