Job: Operations Assistant 
Location: in London
Salary: £25,000

The Operations Assistant will work within the Operations Team and all business areas including third parties to help keep the business running smoothly. They will also assist with any Operational project support that is required from the Head of Operations.

Key responsibilities/duties

• To assist with all admin tasks within the Operations Team, this will include asset tracker, new starter set up, leavers and maintaining BCP data etc.
• Assist with the embedding of best practice and control monitoring
• Developing a detailed understanding of the outsourcing structure to become a key point of contact for all questions and queries
• Ability to build strong relationships with the third parties that the Operations Team manage
• Perform access reviews and manage user rights to internal systems
• Assistance with the monitoring of all outsourcing contracts
• Support the Head of Operations with the management of the Office space
• Support the Head of Operations with tracking of tasks as part of the Change Management process
• Support the Head of Operations with the management of IT services.
• Support the Head of Operations with any admin/proof of concept/testing on projects.
• Maintaining and updating the Intranet site as and when required
• Training the business where required on the different aspects of O365 General ad-hoc assistance to the Head of Operations Skills & experience profile
• Previous experience in admin role desired
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changeable environment
• Good working ethic with excellent customer service approach
• Good attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft O365 including SharePoint Online
