A leading Lloyd’s broker are growing and looking for a Programme Test Manager to join the team and help define the future of their test strategy.

This Programme Test Manager will be transforming the test strategy with new processes engaging with an internal team of skilled test technologists as well as 3rd party test partners.

Responsibilities of the Programme Test Manager:

  • Building and designing test regimes including visibility and traceability of tests
  • Risk management
  • Managment of the internal test function as well as 3rd party resources
  • Collaborate with Change leadership to build a robust test function covering both the business and IT
  • Develop and maintain test standards

Essential skills of the Programme Test Manager:

  • Experience leading teams of QA and Test Managers both onshore and off/nearshore
  • Stakeholder management up to C level
  • Delivering test strategies following both Agile and Waterfall
  • ISEB or ISTQB Test Management, ideally at Practitioner level
  • Experience in the Insurance/Financial Services domain (Desirable)

Salary: £100,000 - £110,000 per annum + bonus and pension
Location: London, Hybrid working
Start Date: Up to 3 month notice periods acceptable
