Project Manager – Digital Applications

Our client is an InsurTech MGA who is working on some very exciting projects.

They are looking for a Project Manager to join their team and work on a range of projects to ensure that the systems and processes are in line with the company objectives and best practices as well as contribute to achieving business targets.

The role will have a wide scope of work, so the ideal candidate will have a mix of technical and business skills, in addition to strong stakeholder management experience.

About the role

  • Manage a wide range of key business projects assigned as well as contribute to other relevant projects
  • Compile and distribute comprehensive progress reports and updates to management teams
  • Key Stakeholder management
  • Work with the internal team, contractors and suppliers
  • Post-implementation assessment and analysis of the impact
  • Work within a prominently Agile environment, with some exposure to Waterfall

Experience

  • Previous experience working in an insurance environment is highly advantageous
  • Exposure to project management methodologies across Waterfall and Agile
  • Experience using Salesforce and/or Decisions system is favourable
  • Strong communication skills – both oral and written
  • Ability to explain complex information in a palatable manner to all levels of management
  • Degree in Technology or related discipline is desirable
