Arthur is excited to be collaborating with a highly regarded and well established Lloyd’s broker as they search for a Property Claims Manager to join their already successful claims department based in the heart of the Lloyd’s Insurance market.
You’ll be responsible for dealing with all aspects of the claims and accounting process from receipt through to settlement as well as processing and monitoring incoming post and creating and maintain claims files. You’ll also broke advice and collections to the London Market where appropriate and obtain agreement to advices and collections via CLASS system for ECF.
To be considered for the position you will have previous experience in a similar Property claims role, the ability to analyse claims facts to determine coverage, liability and recommend course of action. My client is also looking for an individual who can be client facing and customer focused with excellent interpersonal & written communication skills.
