I've got an exciting new job opportunity to share with you. I'm currently working with a managing general underwriter and a Lloyd's syndicate that works with multiple cover holders across the UK. They want to expand their risk management team and need a risk analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance sector.
Build relationships with key stakeholders and provide necessary reporting and notifications across the business.
Supporting the development, reporting, and monitoring of risks.
Performing comprehensive risk analysis using quantitative data and qualitative insights, and ensuring the findings are placed within the correct context.
Suggesting and implementing improvements to processes or analytic methods.
Reviewing risk incidents and near issues, correlating them with entries in the risk register, and assisting in conducting in-depth analyses.
Facilitating the Own Risk & Solvency Assessment (ORSA) reporting procedures.
Skills and Experience:
1-3 years of experience in Insurance/ERM.
Relevant risk management experience, including assessing risks, control effectiveness, and reporting.
Familiarity with risk management software is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals throughout the organisation, and proficiency in composing straightforward reports and conveying technical information in an accessible manner.
Capability to work autonomously on various projects.
Competence in planning project activities and providing progress updates.
