Risk Manager

A leading global insurer with a strong presence in the Lloyd's market are looking to add an experienced Risk Manager to join their function. This is an excellent opportunity where you will gain exposure to a highly rated senior leadership team and has the potential to lead the division in the future.

About the role:

• Manage the development, maintence and enhancement of the framework across the Lloyd's syndicate and the group entities 
• Lead the initative in the delivery of the internal control framework, in relation to ESG, Cliamte change of emerging risks
• Manage the operation of Stress & Scenario and Reverse Stress Testing Framework as part of both the Internal Model validation process
• Support the Senior Risk Manager in the production of the annual Own Risk & Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process

About you:

      •  Demonstrable experience in risk management and compliance function, gained within insurance and/or financial services
      • Strong technical background in insurance risk and the processes and techniques used in insurance risk management
      • Solid understanding of the regulatory environment in which the Lloyd’s market operates is highly desirable, specifically, PRA, FCA and Lloyd’s
