Job Description:
We are looking for a proficient Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Salesforce Lightning to support the customisation, development, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to ensure the smooth integration of Salesforce into our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement customised solutions within the Salesforce platform, focusing primarily on Salesforce Lightning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Perform system maintenance and provide ongoing support to optimise Salesforce functionality.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Lightning.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, custom development, and integration capabilities.
Previous insurance industry experience.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and other relevant Salesforce development tools.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I or II are preferred.
