I have an exciting new job opportunity to share with you. I am working with a managing general underwriter that collaborates with multiple cover holders across the UK. They are looking to expand their risk management team and need a senior risk analyst with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the insurance sector.
Building relationships with key stakeholders and providing necessary reporting and notifications across the business.
Supporting the development, reporting, and monitoring of risks.
Performing comprehensive risk analysis using quantitative data and qualitative insights, and ensuring the findings are placed within the correct context.
Suggesting and implementing improvements to processes or analytic methods.
Reviewing risk incidents and near issues, correlating them with entries in the risk register, and assisting in conducting in-depth analyses.
Facilitating the Own Risk & Solvency Assessment (ORSA) reporting procedures.
Experience and Skills:
4 years of experience in ERM/Risk within Insurance
Relevant risk management experience, including assessing risks, control effectiveness, and reporting.
Familiarity with risk management software is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals throughout the organisation, and proficiency in composing straightforward reports and conveying technical information.
