This position will broaden your understanding of different aspects of enterprise risk management. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance the company's risk management framework. You will be working for one of the largest Lloyd's syndicates in London, which underwrites a variety of Property and Commercial (re)insurance products. The company combines data and human expertise to make prompt and informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Risk Incident reporting and maintain the Risk Incident Register. Ensure that root cause analysis has been carried out and follow up the agreed actions.
Support in deep dives identified undertaken by the Enterprise Risk Management function.
Assist in the identification, analysis, and reporting of new and emerging risks.
Contribute towards producing risk management reports for internal Committees and Board(s).
Embedding all the facets of the Risk Management Framework
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Risk Management
Essential experience within the non-life Insurance Market
Proficiency in IT, with a knack for swiftly adapting to new systems.
