We have partnered with a leading insurance and reinsurance group on an exciting new opportunity within the Exposure Management Team in London.
As an Analyst, you will play a key role in the overall risk aggregation strategy, ensuring that relevant stakeholders are provided with fast and accurate reporting on exposure data and modelled loss information. You will assist with analytical support and work closely with both underwriters and actuaries to ensure consistency to ensure consistency across the exposure modelling.
You will further assist in the overall business understanding of the risk profile, build and maintain relationships with key internal relationships and develop external partnerships with software providers and brokers.
The ideal candidate will have:
• University degree or equivalent education.
• Advanced IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, VBA, and preferably SQL.
• Strong numerical abilities.
• Thorough understanding of the (re)insurance industry.
• Effective communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in modelling specific business classes.
• Previous experience with formatting, importing, and modelling accounts in Risklink (RMS) is desirable.
