Position Overview: As a Compliance Monitoring Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the compliance framework of this organization. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive reviews and assessments to ensure operations align with relevant regulatory guidelines. By analyzing processes, identifying potential compliance gaps, and recommending corrective actions, you will contribute directly to risk mitigation strategies and overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Analyze data, reports, and documents to identify potential compliance issues or anomalies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance procedures and findings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adapt our compliance strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in compliance monitoring within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations
  • Exceptional analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, etc.).
  • Professional certifications in compliance (e.g., CRCM, CCEP) would be advantageous.
