I am delighted to be working with a global insurer on the important hire of a Risk Manager to their UK team, it's an excellent opportunity with a dedicated plan to lead the function in the future. The business is currently going through a period of success and is on track for a good profitable year.
You will be leading a team of 2 with more hires agreed upon already, you really have the chance to make the function your own. It's an extremely broad role covering both qualitative and quantitative risk management, you will support the Head in the internal model validation process. Having known the hiring manager for a long period of time, he is an honest and transparent individual who leads in a highly effective manner.
