Accounts Assistant Salary: £40000 - £45000 per annum
Arthur Financial is excited to be working on an excellent role to join a global business with a great reputation in the London Insurance market. Reporting to the Accounts receivable and Accounts payable manager, this is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high performing Finance function within one of the leading Syndicate Insurance firms.
You will be responsible for:
Dealing with the operation cash process, daily operation cash process, and ensuring that the short-term group cash forecasting is completing.
Liaising with group treasury and investment teams on cash requirements.
Assisting with intercompany recharges and funding
Liaising with the banking providers to ensure that we receive an effective service
Processes monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner
Payroll reconciliations ensuring that the control accounts are cleared with full support for open items.
Liaising with HR department to identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll records.
Requirements:
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Strong Excel skills
Part Qualified Accountant, or studying for ACCA, ACA, Cima etc
