Application Support Analyst/ Support Analyst – £60-65K – London (Hybrid)
A top-rated global insurance company require a Support Analyst to provide support for the Lloyds market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing support team in a varied role with extensive training opportunities.
This is a hybrid working role (3 days per week in central London office) paying £60-65k per annum. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience in a similar support analyst role and SQL.
Role responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Application Support Lead, work within the Support Team to deliver Incident, Problem and Service Request ticket resolutions
  • Complete and publish RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports for all P1 and P2 Incidents
  • Manage and run regular and routine system jobs and processes to support the BAU business operation
  • Manage and run BAU system jobs and processes for mandatory regulatory reporting
  • Automate the running and maintenance of manual system jobs and processes
  • Maintain contact with third party Software Suppliers

Key skills & experience:

  • Experience in a similar role as a support analyst
  • ITIL experience
  • Service now experience highly advantageous
  • Lloyd’s insurance market experience highly advantageous
  • Strong relationship building, team working and stakeholder management skills
  • Experienced in MS SQL Server (Integrated Services, Reporting Services & Analysis Services), MS Access and Excel

This is an excellent role for an experienced Support Analyst to join a London Market Insurance leader in a varied role within the Support Team. This role is hybrid working (3 days per week on site) with a base salary up to £65,000 (dependant on experience).
