Are you ready to step up into a leadership role within a top-performing Lloyd’s Market claims team?

I am looking for an experienced Senior Claims professional looking to progress their career into an Assistant Claims Manager role to take charge of complex Property Binder claims and play a key part in delivering a first-class claims service across a respected London Market portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee complex Property Binder claims in line with market best practices.
  • Lead and support a small team of Claims Adjusters, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and senior leaders to deliver on key business objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with all Lloyd’s and FCA standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:
Proven experience handling Property Binder claims in the Lloyd’s and London Market.
Strong technical and analytical skills, with hands-on experience using ECF.
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
ACII qualification (or working towards it) preferred.
A positive, professional attitude and passion for service excellence.
