A London-based insurance firm is looking to bring on board an Assistant Company Secretary for a newly created position, working alongside the Deputy CoSec. This role will have a strong focus on committees, board support and meeting support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the Executive level governance structure
- Assisting in maintenance of statutory registers and Companies House filings for UK subsidiary companies
- Minuting and/or actioning Board and Board Committee meetings
- Assistance in coordination of annual Board and Committee meeting schedule
Skills/Experience:
- Around 3 years previous company secretarial experience (Insurance would be an advantage)
- Minute-taking experience
- Experience Using Diligent software (desirable)
- Knowledge of Companies House filings (desirable)
- Knowledge of Word
