IT Service Operations Assurance Lead
Salary: £70k per annum
Location: London – Hybrid

Service Operations Assurance Lead required by a leading global insurance company based in Central London. The role will be hybrid working with 2-3 days per week on site, and a salary of £70k per annum plus benefits.

In this job you will provide governance and assurance to the management of incidents and problems, ensuring Service Excellence and superior customer experience is maintained across the function. Using your Service Management experience and extensive ITIL experience you will work alongside the 3rd party outsourced provider to drive continuous improvement within Service Operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the coordination and execution of Incident and Problem Management processes by our outsourced partner
  • Ensure post incident reviews for high priority incidents occur as required and obtain timely documentation
  • Oversight of the service desk function provided by the 3rd party supplier
  • Assist and manage escalations through to resolution where required
  • Promote best practice across the service desk
  • Manage adherence to IT group controls and J-SOX controls

Required skills:

  • Extensive ITIL experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with 3rd party MSP
