Bordereaux & Data Analyst

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading Lloyd's syndicate to support the hiring of a Bordereaux Analyst. 

You will be joining a collaborative delegated authorities team that uniquely reports through to the underwriting division.  This is a key role for the team as you'll not only be ensuring that bordereaux data is received and processed within agreed time frames, but also be able to interpret the data to provide meaningful management information reporting to both internal and external stakeholders to support the review of binder performance.

You'll be responsible for:

• Following delegated underwriting bordereaux processes across various classes of business using delegated tools like DDM.
• Undertake bordereaux data mapping in alignment with Company & Lloyd's requirements, ensuring bordereaux data is always complete and up-to-date.
• Contribute to the development of bordereaux reviews, meticulously checking risk-level data against underwriting controls to ensure accuracy and suitability.
• Maintain accurate bordereaux records, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including Lloyd's brokers, Underwriters, compliance, and other departments as needed.
• Assist the Group Head of Delegated Underwriting with various delegated underwriting project initiatives.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have prior experience working with bordereaux data and a bordereaux management tool, ideally DDM.  Also you'll be confident and enjoy working with large volumes of data, being able to draw insights and carrying out analysis.
