• Taking ownership of Bordereaux data work-flows, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Lloyd’s standards.
• Analysing data trends and statistics, proposing innovative solutions to address data quality challenges, and creating more efficient work-flows.
• Acting as the go-to contact for external stakeholders and DCAs, ensuring smooth and effective communication across all parties.
• Supporting strategic projects alongside the Head of Delegated Authority Management, including designing dashboards and delivering actionable insights that add value across the organisation.
• Working closely with external providers managing the Bordereaux process, monitoring their performance, and ensuring data quality is upheld.
• Producing meaningful MI reports and insights to support business decisions while identifying opportunities to improve reporting capabilities.
• Enhancing and refining Bordereaux data procedures, introducing new controls and validations to maintain exceptional standards.
