Our client an MGA with ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years are hiring for a Bordereaux Manager to lead a team of on and off shore technicians.You will be responsible for providing technical guidance to the team, ensuring SLAs are met and high data quality standards are maintained. While also being the referral point for queries; relating to new sanctions, IPT changes etc.This is a high pressure role, with large volumes of bordereaux passing through the team on a monthly basis, sometimes covering very complex facilities, so it is essential you have very strong experience of working with bordereaux data, a sound knowledge of Lloyd's minimum standards and a high level of attention to detail. You'll also be managing the MGA's binder broker relationship and attending meetings with carriers, so strong communication skills will be needed, both written and verbally.As this is a management role you must have previous management experience. Flexible working will also be available for this opportunity
