Bordereaux Manager

This is a pivotal role within the delegated authority function, responsible for driving the success of bordereaux, data and the continued growth of a fast-expanding DA book. Initially standalone in London, the role will oversee an outsource provider and involve close collaboration with colleagues across underwriting, operations and data. With ambitious growth plans and a strong focus on delegated authority, this is an exciting time to join.

You will be accountable for the end-to-end bordereaux validation, mapping and payment process across risk, premium and claims.

Responsibilities include;

• Managing the relationship with system providers
• Overseeing regulatory reporting
• Acting as the escalation point for any data or reconciliation issues.
• Managing the outsource provider; ensuring service delivery, quality and control are consistently high
• Work with external vendors and play an active role in shaping how delegated data is captured, reported and used across the business

What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge of delegated authority and bordereaux processes, with the ability to analyse MI, oversee reporting and build effective relationships at all levels. Experience of managing outsourced service providers is essential, as is a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and Lloyd’s standards.
