I'm currently Hiring for a Business Analyst on a perm basis with London Market experience (£75,000 -£85,000 DOE)
As a Business Analyst, you'll engage in daily stand-ups and elicitation sessions to ensure the timely delivery of analysis products. Collaborating closely with the Product Manager for Underwriting, you'll craft detailed stories that define future changes and support items, aligning them with product planning events. Under the guidance of the Analysis Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the delivery of product-focused analysis and delivery management within established frameworks, governance, and SLAs.
Assisting technical analysts and development teams by providing high-quality analysis adhering to standards, processes, and governance.
Active participation in team ceremonies aligned with product delivery frameworks.
Demonstrating strategic thinking while anticipating future work requirements.
Ensuring rigorous business user testing is conducted and approved at both business and senior IT levels.
We're looking for candidates with:
5+ years of experience as a business analyst in the London Market insurance environment.
Professional qualification in Business Analysis (BCS or equivalent).
In-depth knowledge of contemporary requirements elicitation using agile-based methods.
Previous experience with various delivery methodologies, including agile environments (e.g., SCRUM and Kanban).
Experience working within a Product Delivery structure is advantageous.
Prior experience in the insurance sector or an understanding of the current IQUW Specialty product offerings and underwriting principles.
