Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Business Analyst to support our ongoing efforts in enhancing our existing in-house applications to address issues related to underwriting data access and quality. This role will involve close collaboration with key business and technical stakeholders, as well as coordination with our off-shore test and development team. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key business and technical stakeholders to articulate requirements for enhancing our in-house applications.
Work closely with our off-shore test and development team to build new solutions aimed at improving underwriting data access and quality.
Determine service design and develop subsequent transition plans to ensure seamless implementation.
Provide support throughout the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, facilitate knowledge transfer, and ensure smooth handover to Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, within the insurance or underwriting industry.
Strong knowledge and experience of working with Policy Admin Systems (PAS), with exposure to S2000 being a bonus.
Ability to effectively articulate requirements and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience in service design and transition planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
