Our esteemed London Market client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team on a 6-month day rate contract as a Senior Business Analyst. Role Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our client's digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems.
Identify opportunities for digital transformation and recommend strategic solutions.
Develop comprehensive business cases, requirement documents, and user stories.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry.
MUST HAVE LONDON MARKET EXPERIENCE .
Demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation programs.
Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Contract Details:
Duration: 6 months
Day Rate: Up to £650 per day (outside IR35)
Location: 2/3 days in the office, London
