Job Title: Business Analyst – EPM Implementation Location: United States, Remote Contract Type: W2 Compensation: $70 - $85 Per Hour About the Role: Our client, a leading player in the insurance sector, is embarking on an exciting transformation journey and is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the FP&A team in a new system implementation. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the FP&A team to support the implementation of a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.
Lead and drive the configuration, testing, and deployment phases of the EPM system implementation.
Work closely with stakeholders across finance and other departments to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
Provide expert guidance on best practices in EPM implementation, drawing on your extensive experience.
Support change management initiatives and provide training and support to end-users post-implementation.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in implementing multiple EPM systems, with a strong understanding of the entire project lifecycle.
Prior experience working in the insurance sector, specifically with specialist or general insurance companies, is essential.
Knowledge of EPM systems such as Anaplan, Pigment, Hyperion, Tagetik etc
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
