Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000

Our client, a prominent leader in the insurance sector, is seeking a seasoned Finance Business Architect with a strong background in process optimization and insurance finance. This role is crucial in shaping the company’s financial strategy and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in insurance finance processes and a proven ability to enhance and streamline financial operations.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Extensive experience in finance business architecture
• Strong experience working in the Insurance industry
• Proven track record in process improvement, with a focus on driving efficiency and operational excellence
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and lead change across the organization.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable results
• knowledge of end to end finance processes within Insurance, statutory reporting and ideally Yellow Book requirements
