Role: Business Project Manager
Working model: Hybrid, very flexible 
Salary: £85,000 - 95,000/year
Location: EC3A

An exciting opportunity to work for a leading global insurance company as a part of their Change Team.

This role reports directly to the Head of Change and is responsible for planning and delivering activities associated with the Business Change Portfolio. 

This company has recently been involved in a large acquisition and they need a Project Manager who can help them navigate through this crucial time. 

About the role

  • Coach and manage other Project Manager and members of the project team
  • Manage and delegate the delivery of all projects across the business change portfolio
  • Make recommendations to senior management when necessary 
  • Preemptive risk mitigation
  • Resource allocation and prioritisation 
  • Key stakeholder management, continuously manage expectations, and provide progress updates
  • Budget management 
  • Develop and define integration strategy while aligning with existing integration guidelines

Requirements

  • Lloyd's/London Market experience
  • Experience with MNA restructuring 
  • Previous line-management experience
  • Experience defining strategy and programme scope 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing and liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Formal project management qualification
  • Strong understanding of business processes
