Business Resilience Manager - Managing Agent - Up to £85,000
An opportunity for a Business Resilience Manager is available to join a Managing Agent based in London/Remote. You will be working with various different clients to design and manage operational resilience and disaster recovery projects to ensure the regulatory requirements are met for the new 2025 deadline.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and managing the operational resilience and business continuity framework
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to guide the importance of operational resilience
- Ensuring all clients are fully compliant
- Support and update disaster recovery
- Work closely with the IT teams to assist getting the testing up and running
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Working knowledge of the Lloyd's/London Market
- Previous experience delivering on operational resilience projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
