Arthur Recruitment are currently on a 4 year growth strategy to scale the business from 36 consultants to 86 by 2026. Optimising technology is key to our business to ensure our Consultants and Candidates have access to the best and most efficient systems to enable them to do their role well. This role will report to the Head of Operations.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Maintaining and configuring CRM system – updating fields, ensuring data is optimised.
Building and running reports in our Analytics system.
Reviewing Trend analysis reports and updating Management.
Data optimisation with the CRM and data cleansing – ensuring we are in line with our Data Protection requirements.
Building and running automations to ensure data integrity.
Running utilisation reports on all systems and ensuring optimisation, recommending improvements and training.
Reviewing our integrations and ensuring all updates are monitored and access is correct.
Supporting employees with system updates and changes.
Running weekly and monthly reports for Management and Board.
Job board reporting on utilisation and ROI.
Training new and existing employees on best practice on all systems.
Working with our IT team to ensure updates go through smoothly.
 
Key skills:
Knowledge of a CRM system would be beneficial (preferably Bullhorn)
Good Microsoft Office skills
