Catastrophe modeller

We have partnered with an international insurance and reinsurance broker in search for a catastrophe modelling analyst to join their London based team, 
 
As one of the world's leading risk advisers, this is an excellent opportunity for a catastrophe modelling analyst to join the team and work directly with clients to understand their risk exposures. 
 
The role and the nature of the business offers a varied working environment, with varied tasks and client requests and project work including additional opportunity to gain experience in both RMS, AIR and internal models.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical modelling utilising approved models and tools
• Gather client data from various sources and apply catastrophe modelling software
• Assist in providing and communicating catastrophe loss and exposure estimates 
• Engage in client meetings and presentations 
• Take ownership and lead with R&D projects across the team. 
• Collaborate directly with Actuarial, Finance and analytics teams.
