Catastrophe Modelling Analyst

We have partnered with a leading insurance and reinsurance provider in search of a talented Catastrophe Modeller to join their London team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for you to expand your expertise in Catastrophe Modelling within an insurance operation and collaborate closely with underwriting teams across London, Europe, and the US. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio reporting - completion and management of monthly roll up process across multiple lines of business
• Pre-modelling of underwriting submissions for Property, Energy, Marine and any other lines as per business needs
• Assist with the modelling of complex accounts, development of automated tools and inclusion in adhoc research projects 
• Understand and interpret slips to ascertain key modelling assumptions, and ensure completeness of data, liaising with brokers and other parties to supplement where necessary.
