Ceded Reinsurance Technician

Arthur are currently partnered with a specialty (re)insurer as they look to add a Reinsurance Technician to their dynamic and efficient Ceded Re team. This role will focus on supporting the reinsurance team with all reinsurance operational and accounting processes.

 
The role would see you:

• Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual recoverable claims balances collection and advice.
• Preparation of monthly MI.
• Reconciliation of monthly reports essential for cross-departmental use.
• Processing of RI premiums and claims via the LORS system
• Monitoring aging debt

The team also has significant overlap with the pre-placement process, offering the opportunity to get involved with pre-placement pricing and administration.
 
Role Requirements & Skills

• Experience in ceded reinsurance position is necessary. Ideally 1-2 years.
• Detail oriented
• Great communication skills
