Responsibilities:
Business requirement gathering, prioritization, and analysis for Operations-related change activities.
Drive stakeholder engagement and management across all levels, fostering clear communication and relationship-building.
Collaborate with teams locally and internationally to deliver impactful change initiatives.
Bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs, focusing on enhancing operational processes.
Implement industry best practices and standards for business analysis, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
Business Analyst/Change Manager/Project Manager experience, preferably within the Insurance Industry.
Knowledge of relevant London Market insurance is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in matrix management within relevant sectors.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Stakeholder management expertise, working independently and as part of a wider matrix team.
