The Change Manager will be a part of a dynamic team, managing value and executing the change strategy by delivering change initiatives across the business.

A chance to show off your stakeholder management skills and knowledge gained over your experience in the London Market. 

About the role: 

  • Support Senior Stakeholders in the delivery of their transformation portfolios
  • Focus on the successful delivery of projects with the strategic outcomes in mind
  • Plan, prioritise and schedule project deliverable 
  • Identify and manage the project requirements 
  • Work with budgets and deliver within distinct deadlines 
  • Identify and eliminate impediments 
  • Analyse existing and past projects to draw insights and improve processes
  • Collaborate with team and other stakeholders across the business 
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders 

Experience:

  • London market experience is highly favourable
  • End-to-end Change Project Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills - written & verbal 
  • Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies 
  • Ability to work as part of a team
