Role: Change Manager Location: EC3P Working Model: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office) Job Type: Permanent

As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing value and executing the change strategy by leading change initiatives across the business.

About the role:
Collaborate senior stakeholders in achieving the goals of their transformation portfolios
Prioritise and plan for successful delivery of projects with the desired strategic outcomes in mind
Manage London Market related projects and initiatives
Manage project requirements and deliverables, while adhering to budgets and deadlines
Remove obstacles to ensure smooth project progression
Examine previous and current projects to identify areas for improvement and optimise processes
Work closely with team members and stakeholders across the organisation
Communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
Experience:
Experience delivering change within the London Market
End-to-end change delivery experience
Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner
Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
Ability to work as part of a team and individually
