Chief Financial Officer

An exciting new Insurance business in The City of London requires a Chief Financial Officer to join them on permanent basis to drive the commercial growth. The role will require either an experienced CFO with proven leadership skills, Lloyd's Syndicate exposure and strong regulatory knowledge, or an experienced Finance Director from the Insurance sector looking to take a first step into a CFO role.

This position will take the reins of the Finance function and include the autonomy to shape the direction going forward.

• Continually searching for opportunities to do things better, faster, more economically and setting demanding but achievable targets
• Exceptional interpersonal engagement skills at the highest level to quickly fuse relationships with other senior executives
• Insurance experience essential, ideally within a Lloyd's Insurance Syndicate
