I'm partnering with a highly respected Lloyd’s Syndicate to find a strong Claims Adjuster to join their growing US Casualty team. This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 from home), offering the chance to work on complex, high-volume claims across areas including Trucking, Labour Law, Life Sciences, and Construction.
The successful candidate will bring sound technical expertise, the confidence to manage high-pressure situations, and the ability to build strong relationships with underwriters and brokers. Experience with Docosoft and a legal background would be advantageous.
This isn’t a role for someone looking to coast – it's suited to someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to hold their own in a fast-paced, lead market environment.
