We are currently seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team, focusing on UK Delegated Authority claims.
Role responsibilities:
Be accountable for handling UK Delegated Authority claims within a designated claims authority limit, ensuring that our policyholders receive the best possible outcomes while being treated fairly throughout the claims process.
Assist the Claims Manager in motivating and developing high-performing resource, both internally and at TPAs, to produce a well-reputed ‘London market’ claims proposition.
Provide key subject matter expertise within the team for all claims written across all UK Delegated Authority classes, providing specialist knowledge as required with regard to all classes of business considered under these divisions.
Support the UK Delegated Authority Claims Manager in delivering the strategic objectives for the function, managing business change, and executing the Claims Business Plan/Claims Transformation Plan initiatives.
Be accountable for overseeing and managing MGAs and TPAs handling claims on our behalf, ensuring that all claims are handled promptly and fairly from FNOL to settlement, with due consideration of subrogation/contribution where appropriate and tight cost control, all of which should be openly communicated throughout the claims lifecycle to relevant stakeholders.
