Claims Adjuster Non Marine

   
Arthur have partnered with a well-known Lloyds syndicate who have established expertise and are very reputable. The company pride themselves on their workforce and due to their success are looking to grow to reach their strategic objectives.
 
Due to their success and current growth plans this syndicate are looking for a number of hires with various levels of experience
 
They are looking to hire a Junior and Senior Property Claims adjuster who will work closely with internal stake holders including; Underwriters, Adjusters, Brokers.
 
In this role, you will identify coverage issues to ensure that the Syndicate’s liabilities are in line with best practices and company policies.
 
You will be working closely with the head of Claims adjusting covering end-to-end Claims handling process including admin.

 
Key responsibilities;

• Successfully conclude claims through investigation and resolution in a timely manner in line with Lloyds minimum standards.
• Deliver current and compliant DCA contracts whilst co-ordinating with DA administration to ensure all is sufficiently documented.
• Optimise processes through developing and enhancing procedures
• Resolve broker queries and provide more information if needed
• Undertake and support the conduct risk function through helping with the creation of relevant data and adhere to the interest of Lloyd’s Policy Holders.

 
 
About you;

• Intermediate to advanced Lloyd’s experience ideally within a Syndicate claims function.
• Cert CII accredited and/or DipCII in progress.
• Detail orientated with an eye for accuracy
• Good relationship management with both internal and external stakeholders
