The job involves handling claims for Property Direct, Facultative, Terrorism, and Cyber classes, as well as other specialty classes, within an international portfolio that includes US business
The job requires investigating and resolving claims within authority, negotiating and assessing claims, and liaising with underwriters, adjusters, and brokers as needed. The successful candidate should have a good working knowledge of market systems and claims processes and procedures, as well as intermediate London Market experience with a Lloyd's Syndicate claims function.
Other important requirements include accuracy and attention to detail in dealing with Syndicate information, the ability to handle pressure and prioritize workload, and the capability to develop and maintain effective relationships at all levels. The candidate should also have completed or be in progress towards obtaining Cert CII or DipCII.
