Here at Arthur, we are delighted to be partnered with a London market insurance company who are looking to bring on board an experienced Claims Analyst professional to their London team.
For this position, you will assist the claims team by enhancing TPA oversight and optimizing team efficiency through the delivery of data, management information (MI), and insights on TPA and Claims Department performance. Additionally, you will manage the execution of key claims processes and design activities to ensure the team operates with maximum efficiency and adherence to best practices. Your Responsibilities:
Analyze third-party data to provide insights on claims, highlighting trends, performance issues, leakage, cost expenditures, litigation, and fraud.
Efficiently and professionally go through large sets of data
Act as point of contact between the claims and internal technology team
Assist in building a DCA Performance/Audit framework.
Claims reporting to support the business as part of various reporting cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Assist with identifying data issues, including collaborating with the members of the businessTo assist with creating effective reports, selecting essential, relevant criteria and information to provide to Claims Managers and Underwriters.
What You Need:
3+ years claims data analytical experience
Extensive experience within the Lloyds and London market (preferred)
High attention to detail with strong analytical skilll
Knowledge of London Market DA Claim operations/procedures
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
