As an administrative support for Claims Managers, here are some of the tasks you would perform:

  • Proficiency in English and one of the following languages (Spanish, French, German, Portuguese) is essential.
  • Prepare Documentation: Assist Claims Managers in preparing reports and evaluations for specific claims. You may need to conduct research, gather data and statistics, and organize the information into a presentable format.
  • Maintain Spreadsheets and Databases: To enhance data storage, presentation, and analysis.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: You will need to communicate and coordinate with service providers, brokers, and other stakeholders involved in the management of claims. This will help ensure that all parties involved are working together effectively.
  • Assist in Claims Review: You may assist Claims Managers in reviewing claims, including documentation, data analysis, and decision-making.
  • Provide Input to Underwriters: You may need to provide input to underwriters during the review of existing Insureds' claims experience. This will help the underwriters make informed decisions regarding future insurance policies.
  • Compliance: You will need to ensure that all standards related to timeliness of contact, follow-up, and payments are being met.
  • Build Effective Working Relationships: Building effective working relationships.
