Arthur is excited to be partnered with a thriving and expanding niche law firm. To support their growth, the firm are seeking an experienced Claims Operations Manager to join their team in Tamworth, Staffordshire.
This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to become part of a dynamic and innovative firm. The business is looking for an individual with operational management experience within a legal or insurance claims environment. Your Responsibilities:
Motivating and supporting a team of Claims Managers and their claims teams
Supporting claims managers with all departmental activities including resource, quality, and strategy
Acting as technical and procedural referral for claims handlers and managers where necessary
Monitoring and controlling team and department portfolios
Attending client meetings
Driving quality in the department
Supporting with auditing as required
What You Need:
Extensive operations experience
Extensive motor claims handling experience within in a Legal/Insurance environment
Previous management experience is essential
Enthusiastic individual with a positive and “can do” attitude
Legal background/education would be beneficial but not essential
Able to demonstrate leadership skills
Demonstrate proficiency in meeting targets and completing tasks at the required level, promptly and efficiently, while maintaining a strong focus on attention to detail
