Arthur is excited to be partnered with a leading global insurer who are looking to grow their London Claims team by bringing on board a Claims Performance & Operations Assistant.
This administrative Claims Operations role involves close collaboration with the Head of Claims to ensure the accuracy and completion of claims data. The primary responsibilities include delivering management reporting and conducting analysis on behalf of the Claims department. Your Responsibilities:
Maintain precise claims records for designated accounts
Oversee the accuracy and completeness of data entry to ensure valid reporting
Generate accurate, timely, and pertinent Claims reports, including daily management information dashboards and weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the Executive Committee and Board
Conduct data analysis and presentations
Coordinate with the Finance team regarding claims payments
Contribute to various projects as required
What You Need:
Good insurance knowledge with previous experience of working within the insurance sector
Previous experience of supporting a system implementation Demonstrable understanding of claims handling.
High level of IT skills, specifically advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot tables)
Claims MI and Power BI experience would be advantageous
